I understand the need for generic gifts on the lower end...
But on the upper side of that range, I'd think that a personal gift even if not valued as high would mean more to the person receiving it.
For example, if you knew that the high level affiliate really liked horses, a saddle. If the person really liked fine dining, how about a nice individual dinner with the person's contact at AFF and Lars?
I've always been big on the personal touch... but I hope that this at least helps you get some ideas if nothing else guys.
