Microsoft released new DRM for its PlaysForSure system on September 23rd. It only took 4 days for the hacker behind the FairUse4WM software to hack the new version, and Microsoft is claiming that the hacker, who goes by Viodentia, apparently broke into their systems to get the info necessary to do this.
I am not sure what is worse; the fact that the new version was hacked in only 4 days, or Microsoft claiming that their security systems were also hacked in the process.
