I'm not hiding from reality; i just think it's a bit out of line to expect a cam girl to fuck you just because you spend a few dollars, and that seemed to me what Jarmuch was eluding to, more or less.
Whether they do it for a service or not, they aren't hookers coming to your hotel room. The argument that they should be open to it because they masterbate on cam is as ridiculous as saying it's a girls fault she got raped because she was "asking for it" by wearing a provocative outfit.
