I agree with BoyAlley on twink, but it's also a very crowded market. There are still plenty of sites with good conversion but you have to pick and choose.

VERY popular right now is the "straight guys go gay" market, which can be straight (or claimed-to-be-straight) guys simply jerking off, or being sucked by a guy or even fucking a guy.

We're also seeing insane conversion (consistently 1:100 overall) on our foot fetish site boysfeetclub and our solo guy site skylerdevoss.com (currently running 1:80 with only a few sponsors promoting it.)

Bear sites don't have a gigantic audience, but there aren't a lot of sites either, so that tends to perform well from what I've hard.
