Here is what mine say, they are from about the year 2000 (bought a pack of 400 or so to try to learn how to use chopsticks, after breaking about half I decided to give up). I keep them in my cabinet regardless in hopes I may one day learn to use them. I typed up everything identical to what is on the package (grammar/punctuation errors kept intact):

“Welcome to Chinese Restaurant. Please try your nice Chinese food with chopsticks, the traditional and typical of Chinese glorious history . And culture.

PRODUCT OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Learn how to use your chopsticks

Tuck under thumb and hold firmly

Add second chopstick hold it as you hold a pencil.

Hold first chopstick in original position move the second one up and down. Now you can pick up anything”

I didn’t see any spelling errors on these, guess these are newer than the ones you found (which is scary LOL).
