any increase in bst size after reducement leaves sagging.. but if you're still young and have god skin it can snap back...
just like after pregnancy and breastfeeding..
when i had my kid i went from small B to FF... now im back to a C and they are not quite as perky but you'd never tell they were once the size of watermelons.

implants under skin should be ok but now i give it thought.. i dunno out implants removed from under muscle (99% of implants are done that waynow)

anyone who cares old tittys are saggy anyhow
