PuppyCash is a good one. It's quite an old program but there's a lot of features you can sell to your surfer..
They have regular payouts, fast support and they're more than happy to let you take a look around their members areas. A totally clean program that frequently provides new material to work with..
They also link the sites which participate in the Badpuppy program..every little helps right?
