This is soooooooo very true... Webmasters take a lot for granted... Most 80% plus of surfers don't know shit about a computer and I mean nothing. I had a woman that lives up in the mountains bring me her computer... She had NO ideal what was wrong. She has XP home version. All I did was turn it on and at the screen went to safe mode... then rebooted... she paid me and went back to the mountains.
