I was on vacation in Florida, Orlando but for my birthday we drove down the Miami for the weekend. We got a hotel on Collins Avenue, thinking thats great we're right next to everything... Damn how wrong were we?
Collins Avenue is HUGE. It must stretch for like 30 miles or something. We were nearer the top end than the South Beach end. It cost us $120 per night in taxi's to get down to the clubs and stuff.
Make sure you don't make the same mistake we did
