I'm high maintenace and I'm a bitch, so A and D is right but I paid for my own car though. My mother is not able to work (I grew up poor) and my father lives in another country and never even paid child support. As for my boyfriend he doesn't make a lot of money.
I see what you say about the stereotype though. I hope people don't assume someone actually bought my car for me.
