You're probably right. But all that means is that hardcore bodymodders will decide it's no longer cool, once the mainstream knows about it...just like how navel piercings are no longer cool unless you wanna look like Britney.
(I'm in mourning for mine. Had to take it out. It was pierced at 8ga, making it hardcore enough to be "cool", but it started to migrate.
