Yes I do when I have it.

Most of the time I am not carrying currency. I do just about everything with business, or personal credit cards so the MOST I would have on me is like $20 ever.

I flip them the cash, and feel good about it the rest of the day. I do not waste my time hypothisizing on what they do, or do not, may, or may not spend it on. I just know in some way shape or form I made their day brighter.

But I am not the morals police. I do not worry about what they are going to spend it on.
