I think ImLive could be the #1 cam program... the girls are getting better and better... and some of the other things they do are great.... but they really need to tighten some shit up...

For affiliates.. they need to track the affiliate code thru every page instead of relying on cookies etc. They need to get their links sorted out so you don't have to be asking for certain link codes etc. all the time.. and the link codes need to be a bit simpler... "good" stats to go along with that is also a must. I'd also like to see how many free signups I'm getting along with the revshare or PPS sales. Would help me tweak my traffic.

On the site itself, some of the technical issues need to be resolved... I tried to get into some happy hour chat with one computer and IE and it just wouldn't work.. So then I tried it on a very clean computer and that didn't work either.. I ended up using FireFox on the first computer... So if that's the experience a lot of people are having then it's losing all of us a LOT of sales.

I think they should give away more free pics etc. with the free membership. Has anyone ever checked out the videos available? I checked a few on some different hosts and they played slow and so the audio was all fucked up... A bit more tweaking on the upsale side could also probably generate more sales.

I also think that being able to see the girls in the free chat would also help push more sales, i.e. like that Beta tool but for the main site.
