Interesting tidbit - Combined over all our softwares (MPA3, MAS, CSS, VIST + design dept.) and +/- 6 years of using our support ticket system (not even sure we started at zero) we have TODAY reached 5555 support tickets submitted to us.
That might sound like A LOT, but considering that MOST tickets submitted are actually general questions on how to do, the real tickets for support that has do do with regular errors are a lot less.
That said, 5555 support tickets over 6 years is an average of 2,5 tickets A DAY. NOT BAD !!!!
