Women can basically get laid as often as they want. Also, most women don't give a fuck about condoms. Therefore, if a woman has sex on the first date, she probably has done it dozens (if not hundreds) of times before, possibly without protection.
Aside from that, I rarely fuck women on first dates who do not want to do the whole relationship thing afterwards. If there's one thing that's more unattractive than being easy, it's being easy and desperate. And that's exactly what most women who fuck on first dates are - both easy and desperate.
