First of all - her whole body is not touched up. Maybe it's hard for some people to imagine that there are actually girls out there with beautiful "flawless" bodies. And, Jaime just happens to be one of those kinds of girls
Secondly, maybe it's not your fantasy - but it is someone elses. Your opinion is not the only opinion that counts. You don't like her face? Someone else does. You don't like the lighting? Someone else does. You don't like the touch ups? Someone else does. Should your opinion count more then someone elses? Should I change my lighting around and alter my touch up skills to please you instead of trying to please the people who pay me? That's all I'm saying....
