Love to help ma'am, but that's what Donny is for, and besides, I charge a lot for 4-hour round trip house calls.
On a more serious note, dealing with messy problems - be they with loved ones or pets, teaches you something about yourself. When you've had to care for someone who is severely ill, you find that you can do things which normally would totally gross you out even thinking about.
