Oh man, this sounds like you really need some relaxation. You can learn autogenic training, but at first this will increase your stress, so I'd advise against this at first. This works pretty well. But a good relaxation tape can work wonders. At least you'll be relaxed while you listen to the tape.
It also helps to have scheduled free time. Have an hour a day during which you're not allowed to do any work, to think of work, to do anything that is related to work. Switch off your computer. Just live.
This sounds like you're torturing yourself beyond your abilities. Take a step back. You'll get ahead faster then.
And since I'm already in smart-ass mode, here's a little story:
A man walks through the woods and sees a guy with a saw trying to get a tree down. He's sweating and really working hard but hardly makes progress. The man watches him for a moment and asks: Why don't you sharpen your saw. You'll get the tree down much faster.
I don't have time to sharpen the saw, I have to saw. was the reply.
The morale behind this story is: Take some time to sharpen the saw.
Take some time to relax and feel good. Out of pure pressure to success this is the way to go. Relaxation is not a luxury, but a necessity for good functioning.
Think about it.
