They are the standards for determining taxing citizens is constitutional. You can argue it all you want, but the Supreme Court has said that you are wrong. In the end, the Supreme Court has a little more say on our constitutionality of our tax laws than you do.

sure, taxing us is constitutional when we go pay for food, gas, clothing, housing, transportation, blah blah. But on the money WE earned? WTF. Thats fucking with the 13th amendment, because im involuntarily working for our goverment. Instead of them giving me money, they are taking it. lol.
