The facts of this case are - Hugo Chavez is a hard lefty. Not only this, but he is also absolutely crazy. Hard lefties have tendency to stick to power a little longer than they're entitled. Crazy lefties have a tendency to do everything they can to stay in power. So, does Chavez want to be in power forever? Yes. Will he try and stay in power forever? Yes.
It's also a fact he is busom buddies with Ahmadinejad of Iran and has stated numerous times that he will co-operate fully with the Islamist Iranian government in the fight against the US. So, since it is known that HizbAllah operate in South America anyway and since Chavez has already said he will co-operate fully with Ahmadinejad, what do you think the chances are of HizbAllah being allowed to operate in Venezuela? I'd reckon 100%.
You'd probably need a link from google to point these things out to you though. God forbid you use your own brain. Do you need a link to tell you when to wipe your arse too?
