I get stuff like that too. I've got a woman who keeps calling and e-mailing me with the same questions wondering where her order is from last month (August). She hasn't been a member since June, hasn't ordered anything since June and keeps asking where here free movies are.
I've called her twice and sent 2 e-mails to her.
The only thing free with our service is the shipping. It amazes me, everyday, how people read/see only what they want to read/see and tune out everything else no matter how many times and different ways it's explained to them.
