Verio has one of the weakest networks next to Cogent. Not to mention why use any one connection when so many host blend several for much better performance. If you want to impress stock holders then maybe go with a fortune 500 company like Verio, but if you want to have the best performance then do some research on site speed and reliability. DWHS was rated faster then 92% of the web by Alexa. Hardware and connectivity are just the beginning, it takes a constant search for what new and best to stay at the top.
I haven't heard of the other two companies by the way.
