doesn't matter what bank, sounds like any of them that use the visa logo. I doubt if i go over to capitol one that visa will be ok with them doing this. I seriously doubt this is a bank issue, it is no doubt a visa issue. The person I talked to said " VISA" is blocking epassporte.
i used my capital one visa , worked fine , but in the fine print i do see it says not to be used for online gambling.. and im assuming they recently found out eppasporte was/is processing for gambling sites so its a no brainer this would eventually happen. and because epassporte is offering a service visa doesnt..
