Check out
http://findtrades.com for a database of sites looking for active trades. Also, search for sites similar to yours and setup trades with them, then look for their top trades and sign up with those as well.
AT3 has some nice documentation on their website which is really worth reading through and will explain all of the options. In short, "force" means you'll send at least X hits to the site, regardless of whether it is sending any traffic back. AT3 allows you to set the force rate and the number of hours until it expires, so a rate of 10 over a period of 5 hours would equate to 50 hits. You'll want to force a few hits to get each new trade started; larger sites usually want you to force 50-100 hits.
