We have shot at Red Rock Mansion as well, you can usually negotiate them down a bit. There is also a place called Club Chameleon in Vegas that hosted a swinger party a few months ago. And the Green Door is available to rent for photo shoots. A club a few doors down also will let you shoot (Hawks gym). It's a gay bathhouse, but they will let girls in the backdoor (no pun intended) to shoot so as not to disturb the male clientele...

Thanks for all the info!
I've got THEHotel on my list. I never considered the MGM grand, so that's a good one to look into.
I've shot at the Palms, in one of the suites. I didn't pay for it, the company I shot for did. i asked them what the cost was, and they had gotten it comped, but they said they figured it was 40k for 2 nights...
It was nice there though.
I've shot at Red Rock, and even did some pictures for their site for free. They seemed realyl happy about it, and siad they would work with me in the future, but I ahve to haggle with them every time. They do come down on the price, but usually too last minute for me. Maybe things will settle down during the slower season here.
I shot at The Artisan recently, which was a nice place to shoot. Every room is in a different theme, and it's a beautiful place. The regular rooms are a bit small though. It was very resonably priced (book it through orbitz instead of directly; the bartender there told me about that.).
Thanks again for the info!
