Interesting. I believe it, and it is possible, but does it mean anything? Probably not. I have weeks with high conversion rates, but I am not getting excited over it.
What counts is how much $$ you make with a program in a reasonable time span, lets say, in one year.
Short term conversion rates mean nothing. They can be a short lived bubble because you were lucky enough to hit the right TGP. Neither do conversion rates resulting from micro traffic. Let's say you have a 1:80 but only 100 uniques a day you are not making any money. If you have 1000 uniques a but convert only well during a couple of days of the month you don't make that much either.
In order to rate if this is something spectacular we need to know how many uniques you had over a long period of time. If you have that ratio with 10.000 uniques a day over a time period of a year, or so, it's definately something.
