From with the pictures were taken. Now if those pictures that were used in that gallery were just standard ifriends/clickcash hot archives that are quasi allowed to be used. (p.s. Most of the hosts will throw a shit fit if you use them, and the TOS says that you can not use them if a host complains) I would have no problem with it.
Yet unless Eva gave you permission to use the pictures in question, or you got them from a legall broker ( I am the only one I know of that has any of her content for legal use) then what I said stands.
