I do not think anyone's being hippocrites. Even those who do not side 100% with XPays.
The problem, atleast for me, is not that they enforce their right. It's how they are going about it. I retain counsel for a reason. A simple C&D order solves this most of the time. If not, then you take it to court, or settle.
Crying bloody murder into the heavens for all that will listen, or posting this shit a hundred times on messageboards to essentially smear all parties involved is a bit over the top in my book.
Mad? Sure I would be. As would anyone. But if you hae legal counsel, then you let them do what they are retained to do in the first place. C&D's. Contacting their host, billing companies, and so on. Along the way, the companies involved will reach a breaking point.
As I said in one of the other threads. This drama is going to have a ripple effect with broader ramifications on the whole that I do not think helps anyone.
