Find where the cabs are dropping off people coming to the airport.You can get meter there as most of the cabs will want to go back to the city with a fare. Do this if you want to save $3 lol. It's about $4 or 200 php to Makati by meter and $7 by "official" airport taxi.
PS: Filipino webmasters generally don't have the money to go out whoring. They hang were beers are 25 pesos, not where beers cost 65 to 150 pesos (tourist spots).
