He has an IQ of around 80 or so IF he is wearing his brain-augmenting hat. Without the hat, his IQ falls back down to a baseline of 55. In recent years he?s been able to augment his baseline IQ level somewhat by using specially engineered ?smart? ink; for every tattoo he receives his IQ level increases by approximately .02%. His baseline IQ now stands at about 68 without his hat. The smart ink does not increase his overall IQ, however, if he is wearing his brain-augmenting hat as the two techs are non-compatible. It is foreseeable that in the near future he may have no need to wear his brain-augmenting hat at all thanks to dozens upon dozens of new tattoos being etched into his body.
