Last part of the question: In keeping with the whole "being out of the country" theme of the question, what are your thoughts on "going offshore", as in moving one's business (and possibly one's life) in whole or in part to foreign servers and locales, and not just for the typical "run and hide from the US government" reason? Would you or have you ever considered expanding your operation into foriegn markets?

No, I've not gone to any shows outside the US and Canada. As I said, we're not big on traveling to too many shows a year and we always picked the fun ones close to home.
As far as offshore goes, if I were younger and didn't haver the deep roots that I have where I am, I'd definitely consider moving someplace nice and starting there. I could think of an island or two that I'd live to ive on.
