There are at least 3 chances to let the affiliate know where the payment is coming from if you have a business account, and one for sure if you have a personal account. There is a big section for text right below user ID and payment payment that you can write anything you want. Here you can put your company details. Copy and paste if necessary. Here's an example:
"Here's your payment from (sponsor/program name) for the pay period ending (date). We thank you for your business, and are always here to help! You can always reach us at (contact info) for any questions or promotional needs. Thank you."
So if you have an account with a completely different name as your program, it would make EVEN MORE SENSE to go the extra mile to let affiliates know where they are getting paid from. It is a win-win for both parties.
And just an extra note, our Epassporte minimum payout is $25.

Sure I have business account and know about these fields and fill them all the time... problem is that they don't see it from transaction list, they should go to message center to open proper message to see the details. But many of them ignore that message center at all... epass should give us an ability to write short comment which is noticeable right from transactions list
