It can work with any smpt-based accounts (may work with several at once), but it goes as separate software, not built in.
Personal blacklist, checking with spamcop (and other) dns spam blacklists, heuristic analyser, different filters, etc. Downloads only header of a message, can delete and/or bounce undesired messages.
