Being near ATL where the majority of residents are black (yet qualify for "minority contracts" - still haven't figured that one out) and a steady influx of latinos, my father has said for years that's going to be the next race war.
The older (25+) latinos are good, hard workers, but a lot of the younger ones are forming their own gangs and causing a lot of trouble in some of the more rural areas like mine.
If I believe what I see in The Shield
the race war is already happening in So. Cal.
