I play it safe and umm I wouldnt eat raw poultry and if I am not willing to eat something because it would make me sick, I would not give it to a pet. Plus dogs like to drag that sort of thing around, have it touch everything, etc. Which means possible cross contaminations. Besides if what you say is true which I have no reason to doubt. That leg looks cooked to me.
