ok, I consider this as totaly unfair behavior from moneybookers. locking my account after getting some money there and want me to lose my time and money because of them. I am basicaly being blacklisted by them, right?

No company ever, wanted me to do this. Not ccbill, not even for example interactive brokers required VERIFIED document. So this sucks more than I thoguht, I thought to send them copy of my passport or ID is ok.

They could be only fair enought to me and contact me or at least contact me on my request. Not any signle word from them. Did I lose $800???

I am losing my patience and getting more and more upset!
i doubt they need to be notorized , besides they have no legal authority to verify those documents. send them as is .
