I've never done that, but I have gotten a more healthy lifestyle after withdrawling from similar prescription drugs. I'd recommend drinking a shitload of water a day (over a gallon), eating a lot more fiber, and potentially taking something like Ultimate Cleanse to help clean out your colon completely of that shit.

For the most part, the brown rice detox is basically stuffing your body with a ton of fiber. You can do the same thing by eating other veggies, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, and so on.

But my honest opinion on the best way to detox from that crap. Workout. I would go to the gym and work myself till I thought I would puke. I was out of shape at the time and would come home just spent. I don't know if it's just sweating out the crap and refilling your body with water, or just being so exhausted from the workouts that you don't give a shit about the other crap going on with your body, but working out always made me feel 100 times better. I'd recommend a gym that has boxing stuff, and just pounding on a bag for 10-20 minutes. The hardest part of getting over this stuff is the mental anguish, beating your ass up at the gym is a great way to keep the mind off it and get your body in good shape.
