lol, i think i can do almost all requirements you mentioned PHP, flash, CSS, javascript, video editing, photoediting/correction and photoshop, well except for CMS.. havent had experience with that.. and besides you'll have to grant me working VISA.. hehehe.. bump for this thread anyway...
