Yes, the reason is Bounce play on.. Break = your dead/out
If I shot you 10 times with a cheap paintball odds are only 5/10 times the paint will break on you from 20+ feet. at 30+ feet 4/10 40+ feet 3 out of 10
Paintballs tend to bounce. (cheap paint)
If you buy cheap paint but freeze them the shell with become so brittle whatever it hits it will break.
