I asked about the traffic (which the owner has still not published) - if you were gonna buy a tgp would you not wnna know how much traffic it has? If its got little to non its essentially a turnkey TGP. Which you can get anywhere for 500bucks.

Sorry, I missed the point of the original post...
It has been established for years as well, so it is NOT just a turnkey TGP as such - the relationships it has are also there.
Traffic figures will be provided to serious enquiries.
