The programming did take some skills, but you can buy that in.
The design is out of my head and designers to put it together are around.
Content can be bought, but I think knowing what to buy helps.
Traffic to make it profitable is easy, the review sites will list you if the site is good.
Affiliates will come the trick is to keep them, yes you have to tell them about it.
Converting is the key, we do well but can do better IMO. Never happy with that.
Trust me shooting good porn is harder and running a content store is harder.
If we spent $35,000 on launching the site we would of turned a profit in 6 months. Yes having $35,000 to hand is a problem, but being under funded in any business is a handicap.
OK having experience in the adult business and the Internet makes it easier. but again what business expects newbies to succeed?
