We actually use roll around carts in our data center, however, we do have a monitor and keyboard setting on a tray with a 50 foot cable that can reach 1/2 of the servers in our center. It's mostly used for our Windows clusters though. We use the carts (appropriately called "crash carts"
for everything else...
