And why would they go through all the trouble of hiding a plane and its passengers and using a missle if they simply couldve used the plane like they did with the wtc (for those who think the American gov. is behind it).

Hey government, lets crash 2 planes in the wtc. Gov. replies: Yeah sure cool.
Hey, lets also crash on in the Pentagon while we're at it. Gov. replies: yeah cool...no wait..uhm let's make a complicated plan where we hijack the plane but then let is dissapear together with all the passengers and shoot a missile in the Pentagon instead.
