While surfing sometimes my eye hits something interesting in one of the top banners. However this usuallly this happens the instant I click the back button and it's gone before I really realise what was there. So that's when the refreshing starts... just refreshed 15 minutes for a black banner whit white text saying something in the lines of "daily epassporte payments", saw every banner for atleast 8 times but the banner I'm looking for just won't turn up.

So 1 page that lists all topbanners would be benifcal for the advertisers and us webmasters.
