Posting pictures of a nude sunbather on the beach is public domain. They're in public. Posting pictures of a girl in bed with a guy without her consent is an invasion of privacy... no matter who's done it before and gotten away with it or not.

actually most nude beaches are not considered public and you'll get kicked out for taking photos. even if you want to justify that one what about all the other types of pics. how many times have people posted pictures of their ex's in compromising positions for malicious reasons? seriously, people are just upset because its sleazy. if it were pictures of someone not on the board or some one 'not known', no one would care. no one did before.
