I've always been a big fan of "well, others do it, and it's wrong... and they get away with it, so why shouldn't he get away with it this time?" excuse, but seriously...
Posting pictures of a nude sunbather on the beach is public domain. They're in public. Posting pictures of a girl in bed with a guy without her consent is an invasion of privacy... no matter who's done it before and gotten away with it or not.
