first things first - I believe that the pieces of shit that organized 9/11 should be caught, castrated, and then decapitated

With that said - first Pearl Harbour, then 9/11, it's more than obvious that the US intelligence services suck major dick despite the fact that they're probably the best financed in the World, so here's my friendly advice - outsource them to India, they'll still be fucked up, at least you'll save billions...

or at least ask your buddies in Israel to teach you a trick or two, I know that they had their prime-minister assassinated, but that was almost impossible to prevent since it was one of his bodyguards that did it, all in all they have brilliant record at catching the "bad guys" (so outsourcing to Israel is also an option, not sure how cheap is tha labour there though)
