For personal projects I?d have to recommend www.jaguarpc.com ? you get unlimited domain hosting, 6 gigs of storage, 180gb of monthly transfer (though their customer support is really shitty) for $7.95 a month. For any personal projects I?ll buy the domain at 1and1 ($5.95 domains are hard to beat) and stick them up at JPC.
