Absolutely!
I think a lot of girls can last past a year, depends on how hot she is and how well she takes care of herself. If she stays fit, clean skin, works out, nice makeup, great clothes and a great personality in front of the camera.
Come on how many girls can you think of off the top of your head that have been around for years and years. I know it's not as much as what comes and goes but there are great chances of making it if you work hard at it and look goooooooood!
It's like any industry really. Take music, some people are one hit wonders or are never heard of because they didn't have "it" and a few make it and stay, and even less make it and stay for life.
