I do not draw the line at what I find disgusting. I draw the line at protecting people from other people and I do not believe in protecting people from themselves. If 100 adults want to get together and have a fisting, scat, piss, puking, bondage bukkake vidoe taped party then more power to them. I only draw the line when there is not continual, sober, informed consent from each and every person involved.

I do not draw a line in what I find disgusting either. I try to look at it as what the COMMUNITY funds disgusting or at least tolerable. My personal opinion obviously does not matter but a consensus of the people, who will be the ones on the jury does matter.
To offer another view point to what you said. Lets look at this as a war, which is exactly what it is IMO. Do you spread yourself thin, try to defend everything, or do you fall back to where you know your strong holds are and make a solid stand. If anything, I think the adult community would look better in the eyes of the public if we said those extreme things ARE over the top and we don't support that. If 2% of adult webmasters are involved in one particular type of "adult" activity, then why should the rest of the 98% rally behind them. By not willing to compromise, and us saying we think EVERYTHING should be protected I think that makes us look like lunatics in the minds of the public. If 98% of us don't use defecation/urination content, and 99.9% of the public doesn't like it, what does it benefit us to support it. And I personally don't buy the argument, if we distanced ourselves from defecation that they DOJ would see that as a weakness and try to move in to get more. They WILL ALWAYS try to move in to go after more and more. We need to decide to pick our battles wisely. It is a lot harder to win a Simulated Rape, Shit/Piss case then a anal sex case. IF we try to defend everything and we fight them on the hardcore extreme stuff and LOSE that will give them more ammunition then if we conceded to a point we knew we could WIN and then kicked their asses.
